29th July
Well, it seems that you've made it to the current and future home of Crumbling Flesh! I can't express how excited I am about the move and about all the great additions to the site, but first off, I need to hear what you think. Hopefully all will be the same as always, but if there are any problems at all, I want to hear about it. If I don't hear about problems, that means I probably don't know that they exist!

Now on to the fun stuff. The following are the major changes and additions to the site...

Artwork The coolest addition to the site. This section will have images from all Godflesh releases, and info about each image.
CF History Another older file, reformatted, rewritten and up to date. Some fun information.
Godflesh History This used to be on the site, but it became very outdated, and therefore I removed it. It's now back, reformatted, rewritten and completely up to date!
Guestbook I removed them from the main page, and made a small section where you can read and sign the guestbook.
Legal Info I don't really know how to write this stuff up, but I figured I should put it somewhere on the site. If you know anything about writing legal notices, and notice something missing in mine, please let me know. I don't want to get into any trouble, and it can't hurt having it on the site right?
Message Board Coming Soon! Kinda self explanatory!
Related Projects This discography will probably never be complete. Includes discographies for many of the related projects, including Paul Neville's Cable Regime and AKA, Robert Hampson's Loop, Main, and Chasm, as well as projects of Kevin Martin, Dave Cochrane, and many more!
Reviews All Godflesh reviews reformatted and legible. The old file was a mess! Side project reviews are next on the agenda for reformat.
Side Projects Work in progress! Album covers for all side project releases will (hopefully) soon be included in their respective discographies!
Surveys CF has had 3 surveys in the past. All the results are contained here, as well as any future polls. This section existed, but again, it's reformatted and rewritten and IMO, looks great!

The Artwork Section was something that I'd been meaning to find a home for on the site, and I just never got around to it. It's not 100% done yet, but it's getting there! There's some info on there that for some reason I never included on the site.

The second major addition is the Related Projects Discography. With the unfortunate demise of the Dub Terrorist pages, the internet has been lacking proper information concerning some of these excellent projects, and I hope that I can help out somewhat. I will be covering many of the related projects, but I will have to make a limit on what I'll include. I don't know where to draw the line though. I love running these pages, but most of you know that that section could mean disaster! I could very well go mad trying to cover everyone! hehe. I won't be covering Mick Harris, at least not in a major way. There's a big discography for his works, and I'll just link that.

The 2 new History sections are fun. The Godflesh History is finally back on CF, and it's looking great compared to the old bland version. It's been updated with a bunch of new info, and brought up to date. The same treatment went to the History of Crumbling Flesh file which I've updated and reformatted. If you've read it before, there's a few new blurbs, and info. Not very useful, but fun.

The Side Project Discographies will soon have scans of all the album covers. If you see an entry that I don't have an image for, and you have the capability to scan it in, please let me know and we can get it on the site. This is something I've always wanted to do, and now that disk space isn't a problem, it's finally getting done!

Smaller updates include minor visual changes to the main page. Thanks so much to Gray for creating the new images you see. The main banner was his first draft and the moment I saw it, I knew it was perfect for the site! Also the new CF logo is pretty cool, something we came up with together. I really appreciate his work. The Reviews Section is now under the Information header instead of the Other header, b/c...well, I wanted to do so! heh. I've also included a new header, Interactive.

That's it. I do hope you enjoy the site, perhaps more than ever...I know that I do (though updates are a bit more inconvenient!). I can't express how excited I am about the relaunch. That's why updates have been so sporadic on the old site recently. This is one of the best things to happen to me! CF means a lot to me, and being able to do so much more to it makes me so happy! Let me know your thoughts and ideas, and as always, I want to hear comments and criticisms alike. Thanks for reading, and of course, Enjoy!
